More than 15 years of experience in corporate structuring, M&A operations, strategic contracts and capital market operations. Assistance in fundraising structures for startups, such as crowdfunding and tokenization structures, is also an effective member of the Corporate Law and Capital Markets Commission – Brazilian Institute of Business Law – IBRADEMP.
Abroad, she has worked in Luxembourg at Vistra (Luxembourg) S.A. and the Royal Bank of Canada, working primarily with the constitution and management of investment funds (AIF and UCITS) and in private equity and venture capital operations.
