Our firm hires an experienced group of engineers to support our lawyers in the understanding and application the tax incentive legislation, in connection with technological innovation projects, under the so-called "Lei do Bem" and other sectorial regimes, such as the ROTA 2030 and the Informatics Law.
This team also provides our clients with experience and specific knowledge in investment fundraising projects.

The provision of specialized legal services in the area of international trade and customs was enabled with the incorporation of lawyers specialized in structuring and reviewing import and export operations and customs benefits.
In addition, our Firm has now a specific service line for Latin American and Iberian companies, composed by trilingual professionals with knowledge of the business culture of these countries. (Latin American and Iberian Desk).

In a challenging year, we reinforced our commitment to deliver excellent legal services. Based on a long-term sustainable growth strategy, we announced the expansion of our activities to the countryside of the State of São Paulo and the Midwest region of Brazil. Our expansion also included the focus on the agribusiness sector.

A group of lawyers with solid experience in legal matters, especially in tax and corporate themes, joins the Firm. Specialists in different areas are incorporated to RVC to support the different legal solutions that are made available to our clients
