More than 33 years of professional experience, with a solid career in strategic management in the legal area, working in a multinational consulting and auditing company, legal firms and with national and multinational B2B clients in the financial, services, technology, retail, civil construction, cellulose, metallurgy, chemical, agro, mining, O&G, aviation, transport, energy and pharmaceutical sectors. He has extensive experience in the areas of Social Security, Labor, Tax, Corporate, Civil and Regulatory Law, in addition to practical experience involving Governance, Compliance, Forensics, ESG, Inclusion & Diversity, both in preventive and corrective aspects and with tactical measures to protect interests and provide legal security for corporate decisions. He acted as General Counsel, actively participating in decisions for governance of firms and companies and in restructuring departments, recalibrating methodologies, establishing Key Performance Indicators and managing a portfolio of processes (mass and outliers). He has a solid academic background, working as a Professor and Lecturer at several universities and author of articles and books.
