Antonio Carlos Rocca, an engineer for 47 years, working most of his time in the field as a businessman and entrepreneur in the construction industry.
In the last 17 years, he has dedicated himself to the study and practice of supporting companies in matters of Technological Innovation, knowledge management, obtaining resources, incentives and tax benefits for companies from all sectors of the economy, introducing a new methodology in the segregation of innovative projects and presentation of their content, to capture tax benefits.
He set up R&D Tax Incentives, a group of engineers in Tax, at KPMG, staying for 3 years, created the TIG Tax Incentives Group at PwC and worked on it for 8 years.
He supports Ibracon, as an engineering specialist, supporting audits for tax benefits within the Informatics Law, Inovar Auto, Rota 2030, Lei do Bem and in other areas that require the competence of engineers. Graduated in civil engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá. He was a professor of large projects development at the Nobel Institute of Technology.
