He has more than 13 years of experience in the financial market and 14 years in financial consulting, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as extensive expertise in fundraising and advisory in the infrastructure industry. He operates in several segments, such as health, pharmaceutical, chemical and mining. He holds a degree in Business Administration by FECAP and Accounting by PUC-SP, in addition to an MBA in Business Management by FGV-RJ with a specialization by Ohio University. In the last 14 years, he has worked in several Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), fundraising and M&A projects at PwC and BF Capital, standing out as a specialist in the areas of health, chemicals, energy, animal protein and mining, complementing his experience in the financial market.
