He has over 26 years of professional experience, focusing on direct taxes, corporate, M&A and Post Deal practices, having worked throughout his career at audit and tax consulting firms (BIG 4) and at other international consulting firms. During his period of experience at BIG 4, 8 years of which as a partner, he had the opportunity to work in highly complex consulting projects, focusing on the assessment and design of business models, corporate restructuring, studies on the tax consequences of going public or issuing bonds, of different kinds, in Brazil and abroad, in addition to the analysis of issues related to tax legislation interpretation in general. Later, in the context of his work at other international consulting firms, in addition to being responsible for coordinating tax consulting practices at the Latin American level, he also worked in a relevant manner in M&A, Post Deal and International Tax practices. Cassius has outstanding experience in serving customers in the automotive, consumer goods, means of payment and technology segments.
