Specialist in tax advisory and consulting projects in the area of direct taxes, including PIS/COFINS, especially focused on tax structuring, post deal, due diligence and tax compliance. Experience in design and planning of Shared Services Centers and in serving large national and multinational companies, especially in the retail, beverage, pharmaceutical, automotive and service industries.
